By employing a local team of experienced and dedicated operators who run equipment ranging from 28 tons to 310 tons of clamping pressure, capable of injecting as much as 41 oz of material per cycle. All are computer-controlled, and give optimal efficiency in set-up, process control, and monitoring. Our machines are designed for repeatability to help secure reduced labor costs and lower reject rates, saving you money.
Plastic injection molding: 10 machines ranging from 28 to 310-ton clamping force.
Shot Capacity: from less than a gram, up to 41 ounces per cycle.
Insert molding: This allows for other components such as threaded brass inserts to be completely integrated into the plastic molded part in the cycle.
Over molding: This uses different component materials and integrates them into a single part, much like what you might see on a toothbrush.where a soft elastomer material is molded onto a rigid handle.

You bring your products and ideas to us. We will give a free design evaluation and recommend either “design for manufacturing” expertise at no cost to fine-tune your product, or quote a more extensive re-design to get your product ready for manufacturing. If your product’s design is complete, all the better and you can skip this step!
We will provide CAD generation and any prototyping you desire on payment terms to ensure your product meets or exceeds your expectations.
If you decide to use CNMOULDING 20+ years of expertise to build your mold. We will discount the initial investment for your mold the full amount of your CAD and prototyping costs (up to $500)! Mold inserts are excluded from this rebate.
In addition, as long as the mold remains with us we will guarantee that mold for life. That’s right, you will never see a repair or maintenance bill from us for your mold. As always, there are certain exclusions. The guarantee cannot include any electrical components or undercut creating mechanisms due to the abrasive nature of these components, and the rate at which they wear out.

There are options for short-run, lower-cost injection molding tooling. These generally involved some kind of modular tooling being made. This basically means that your tooling is built from a small block of steel inserted inside a tooling template. The template stays the same. All you need to do is change the inserted metal part. Softer metals can like aluminum, mild steel, nickel, or epoxy (as opposed to hardened tool steel or beryllium copper) can be used. But for the most part, these are not advisable as the tooling can get damaged quite easily. Making saving a false economy. Often lower budget modular toolmakers will also ask you to reduce the simplicity of your product as they may not be able to produce parts with an undercut.
